Black Tie New York City wedding - an elegant wedding weekend in Manhattan

I want to show you this stunning wedding I just got back from in New York City. First I want to tell you about the wonderful couple: Karen and Alex, NYC lawyers invited their families to spend the whole weekend celebrating their love in Manhattan. They were the kindest, most elegant couple I could have ever ask for :-) It was my first time in New York (and oh, did I fall in love hard with this city!!) and they showed me around, gave me tickets to the Met and made sure I feel welcomed and taken care of. Now, the wedding!

The groom, looking dapper in his classic black tux, couldn’t take his eyes off her. There were tears, when she walked down the stairs for the First Look.
As the evening unfolded, I found myself framing shots that felt like they belonged in Vogue. The couple shared intimate laughs and sweet glances, creating a visual narrative that was just so beautiful to witness.
The whole vibe of the evening was so chic and elegant; it made for the perfect setting to create stunning editorial-style imagery. I loved experimenting with light and angles, finding those unique perspectives that added a bit of artistry to each shot. And can we talk about the details? The rings, the place settings, the intricate cake—everything was designed with such elegance, making it impossible not to get inspired.
